OATMEAL-RAISIN COOKIES 
2 c. raisins

Cover with water and boil for 3 minutes; cool. Set aside. 1 c. white sugar 1 c. butter 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. raisin water 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 3 1/3 c. oatmeal 3 c. flour

Mix in order given. Drain remaining water off raisins and sprinkle raisins with 1/2 cup flour. Mix well and add to batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
