PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 1 sm. can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk 12 oz. pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips 1 sm. jar Kraft marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1 heaping c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts (optional) Combine sugar, butter and milk i heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chips and marshmallow creme until melted. Add vanilla and stir until well blended. Add nuts. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Cool at room temperature. Chill. Freezes well. |
