CHICKEN WITH ROSEMARY | |
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken parts 2 cloves fresh garlic Olive oil 1 tbsp. rosemary Salt & pepper Paprika In a large bowl, "toss" chicken enough oil to cover all the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Add rosemary and enough paprika to lightly color the chicken. Place chicken in shallow baking pan. Crush garlic and spread evenly over chicken. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 1 hour or until skin is crisp to touch. Baste every 20 minutes. |
