HAPPY FUDGE 
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
2 sticks butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered milk (dry)
1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. cocoa

Cream together cheese, butter, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix milk, sugar and cocoa. Add to first ingredients. Mix in nuts. Knead candy until nice and smooth and holds shape when clutched in hand.

Press into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and put in refrigerator for several hours. Does not need to be kept in refrigerator once set.
