HAPPY HUSBAND SALAD 
2 (1 lb.) cans peas, drained
1 c. sliced green onions and tops
1 c. sliced and diced red radishes
2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 c. shredded carrots
2 c. fresh cauliflower, broken in sm. pieces
10-15 cherry tomatoes (optional)

Mix all vegetables together adding peas last.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients (dressing) in blender (or mix together very well). Pour over vegetables and let set in refrigerator several hours before serving. This works very well with nutri-sweet in place of sugar. Serves 12.
