HOUSE - HUSBAND'S COCONUT PIE 
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Place all ingredients in blender for 5 seconds at high speed. Scrape down sides. Blend 5 more seconds. Pour into greased and floured 10- inch pie plate.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup coconut over top and pat gently into pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Makes 1 pie. (Leave out the coconut and have a custard pie.)
