PEPPER STEAK 
1 round steak
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 chopped onion

Cut steak in small strips. Sprinkle with tenderizer and let stand 10 minutes. Place in foil, sprinkle with salt, garlic salt and pepper. Sprinkle dry gravy mix over steak. Add onion and green peppers. Dot with butter. Wrap with foil and seal edges. Bake 20 minutes in oven at 425 degrees. Turn down to 350 degrees and bake an hour longer. Serve with rice.
