CHICKEN FINGERS 
4 whole boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1/4 c. lemon juice
Mayonnaise
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
butter
6 c. soft bread crumbs
1 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing

Mix lemon juice with salt, pepper, sage, paprika and enough mayonnaise to make a thick marinade. Marinate chicken for several hours.

Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs with Good Seasons dressing. Coat chicken with bread crumb mixture. Melt enough butter to cover bottom of a large dripping pan. Transfer chicken to pan and bake 30 minutes in 375 degree oven. Turn chicken after first 15 minutes.
