MICROWAVE STUFFED PEPPERS
4 lg. green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. chopped onion
2 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt & pepper

Cut thin slice from stem of pepper; remove seeds. In 1 1/2 quart glass dish, combine onion and hamburger. Place in microwave and cook 2 to 3 minutes on High or until onion becomes transparent and beef is slightly brown. Add remaining ingredients, except peppers. Mix well. Stuff peppers and place on baking sheet or in glass pie pan. Cover with plastic and microwave 12 to 15 minutes on medium High. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
