CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
4 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
5 oz. water chestnuts
7 oz. cooked macaroni
2 c. grated Cheddar
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
2 oz. pimento
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 minced onion

Combine in large bowl, refrigerate overnight. Put in small casserole. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
