MELTING MOMENTS 
1 c. soft butter
1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. sifted flour

Cream butter, beat in sugar. Add cornstarch and flour. Mix well. Chill 1 hour. Form into heaps on an unbuttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown on bottom. Bake approximately 15 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. flavoring, orange, lemon or rum with enough cream to spread

Combine.
