MACARONI SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. salad macaroni
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated cheese or more
1 tsp. black pepper
4 shredded carrots
1 tsp. salt

Cook macaroni. Drain. Mix other ingredients and pour over and chill. This makes a lot - the dressing makes a real good cold slaw too.
