POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. poppy seed
8 oz. sour cream
Crushed Ritz crackers
Melted butter

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix soup, poppy seed, sour cream. Place chicken in baking dish; pour mixture over top. Cover with Ritz crackers and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
