BARLEY BREAKFAST PUDDING | |
1 c. cooked barley 1/4 c. unfiltered apple juice 1/2 c. diced apples 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. raisins 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts Mix all ingredients together and bake in a non-stick pan (use Pam) for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 2. |
