MEATLOAF 
3/4 c. dry Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic powder, oregano, Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef

Mix the above ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Pour sauce over the meatloaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 6.

SAUCE:

Remaining 1/2 can tomato sauce
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Karo
1 tbsp. mustard

Mix well before pouring over meatloaf.
