MARINATED SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. lg. boiled peeled shrimp
1 can black olives
1 jar green olives
6 toes garlic, chopped
1 lg. onion, cut in circles
1 lg. bottle Italian dressing
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. green pepper
3 stalks celery, chopped
Fresh parsley

Boil and peel shrimp, put all ingredients in large plastic or glass container and cover. Refrigerate date before serving. Shake or stir often. Serve on bed of lettuce or alone.
