MARJORIE'S BEST MARINADE | |
1/3 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. pepper 1/2 c. wine vinegar 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce Generous sprinkle Accent 1 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. soy sauce Sprinkle garlic powder Combine all ingredients and marinate meat in glass or plastic pan. Very good for round steak. Rolled or rump roast should not be marinated. Pierce meat thoroughly with fork and pour marinade over. Let stand 3 days, turning meat over every 12 hours. Start roast on charcoal grill. When half-done, remove it, wrap in foil, and finish cooking in oven. |
