STEAK MARINADE 
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. catsup
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Brush steak on all sides with mixture. Let stand at least 2 hours or overnight.

This is good on a pot roast. Follow directions for the steak. Adds interesting flavor to the roast.

I use 2 cloves of garlic because we like garlic. You may use garlic powder, but the fresh is better.
