MEAT MARINADE 
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 tbsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) soy sauce
6 dashes Tabasco sauce
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients together. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to one year. For grilled roast: Marinate blade cut roast overnight, turning occasionally. Grill until tender, 45 to 60 minutes.
