BANANA NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pecans

Cream everything except flour and nuts. Add flour; mix well. Add nuts. Turn into well greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. To turn into fruit bread, add 1/2 pound citrus fruit cake mix.
