3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1/2 glass water
3 tsp. baking powder
Flour as much as it takes to make dough

Divide into 2 parts. Roll out on floured wax paper. Grate 10-12 apples. Add sugar, cinnamon, raisins. Spread over dough. Put other part on top. Prick top with fork. Brush with milk. Grease cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until done, 30-40 minutes.
