BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2 cans Sweet Sue chicken broth
16 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. butter
5 rounded tbsp. flour
1 pt. half & half (milk works just as well)
1/2 lb. Velveeta

Combine onion, broccoli and broth; cook 20 minutes. In skillet - melt butter. Blend in flour and stir over very low heat (8-10 minutes). Don't brown it! Gradually blend into broth, mix. Add cream and Velveeta. Heat through but don't boil.
