PORK CHOP AND RICE 
1 3/4 c. hot water
3 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 c. rice, regular not Minute rice
4 to 6 pork chops

Mix 1 3/4 cups hot water with 3 beef bouillon cubes. Put 3/4 cup rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown chops and place over rice with onion slices. Pour water over all and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover tightly with foil when baking.
