PUFFED CHEESE AND SALAMI ROLLS 
1 sheet puff pastry
4 oz. thin sliced salami
2 slices (each 4 x 8 inches) Swiss cheese, each cut into 8 pieces
8 pitted black olives, halved
1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp. water

Thaw pastry; cut into 16 squares; top each piece of pastry with 1 slice salami, 1 piece cheese and black olive half. Pull 2 opposite corners of pastry with egg to seal and fasten with a wooden toothpick. Brush with egg and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until puffed. Makes 16 hors d'oeuvres.
