1 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3 c. Special K cereal

Sift together flour, soda and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and egg. Add to flour mixture. Add Special K cereal and beat well. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes.
