1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1 tsp. vanilla

All ingredients combined. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350-375 degrees about 12 minutes.
