BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 c. precooked ham or sausage
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slices cubed bread
1 can cream mushroom soup
6 eggs or egg beater equivalent
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 c. milk

Grease 9 x 13 x 3 inch casserole dish. Place cubed bread and Cheddar cheese. Then top with meat. In separate bowl mix together eggs, 2 cups milk and mustard. Pour over meat. Mild chili peppers or onions, optional. Refrigerate overnight. Cover with saran wrap.

In A.M. mix soup with 1/4 cup milk and pour over top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over top. Remember to remove saran wrap when baking. Bake at 300-325 degrees for 1 hour.
