CHOCOLATE MOUSSE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 c. sugar 2 (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding 3 c. milk Chopped nuts Mix butter, flour and nuts together and press in an 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, 4 ounce Cool Whip and sugar. Spread on the top of 1st layer. Mix pudding with milk and spread over 2nd layer. Spread with remaining Cool Whip and chopped nuts. |
