AUTUMN SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
4 or 5 c. water
1 c. carrots
1 c. potatoes
1 c. green beans (frozen or fresh)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 beef bouillon cube
6 tomatoes or 28 oz. can tomatoes

Brown meat, onions, celery; drain off fat. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes with all ingredients. Add tomatoes. (If canned tomatoes use 4 cups water, if fresh tomatoes use 5 cups water.) After adding tomatoes, simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer.
