5 FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
5 eggs, well beaten
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 c. milk

Cream sugar, shortening and butter. Beat eggs well and add to cream ed mixture. Add flour mixed with baking powder and milk (alternately). Add all flavoring at once. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. While hot, pour on glaze.

Boil 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon each of the above flavorings and pour over cake. It will soak in cake.
