PEANUT CREAM SANDWICHES 
3 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. plain yogurt
8 graham crackers (2 1/2" sq.)
2 tsp. chocolate syrup

Mix peanut butter and yogurt together. Break crackers in half and spread 1/8 of mixture on 8 of the halves. Top with remaining 8 cracker halves. Spread 1/4 teaspoon syrup over each sandwich. Freeze in airtight container. Makes 4 servings. (1 serving, 2 cookies) = 1/4 P, 1/2 Fat, 2/3 B, 15 O.C.)
