MARINADE FOR COOKED ARTICHOKE
HEARTS
 
4 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, gently crushed

Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over the artichoke hearts. Marinate in refrigerator several hours before serving.
