PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. water
1 can condensed tomato soup

Combine beef, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup tomato soup. Shape into small meatballs. Place in a casserole dish.

Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce, pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until done. Rice will stick out the sides of the meatballs when done.
