WATERGATE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1/2 c. nuts (pecan or walnuts, chopped)
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Pour pineapple and juice into a large bowl. Blend in pudding mix. Add marshmallows, nuts, Cool Whip, and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Store in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
