TUNA BURGERS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, flaked
1/4 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Hamburger buns

Drain tuna and combine with rest of ingredients. Spread on buttered buns. Spread to the edges of the bun. Broil until hot and golden brown. Makes 6 to 8. Salmon or crab could be substituted.
