TUNA BURGERS 
1 c. tuna
1 c. celery
1 onion, minced (optional)
1/2 c. Colby cheese
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1/4 c. mayonnaise
A little salt and pepper
6 buns, buttered

Mix all ingredients. Spread on buns. Wrap in foil; refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

For microwave cooking: Spread mixture on buns. Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Set microwave on medium-high for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. This can be used with chicken instead of tuna also.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
