TUNA BURGERS | |
1 c. tuna 1 c. celery 1 onion, minced (optional) 1/2 c. Colby cheese 1/2 c. chopped black olives 1/4 c. mayonnaise A little salt and pepper 6 buns, buttered Mix all ingredients. Spread on buns. Wrap in foil; refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. For microwave cooking: Spread mixture on buns. Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Set microwave on medium-high for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. This can be used with chicken instead of tuna also. |
