JOLLY TUNA-CHEESE BURGER 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Hamburger buns
Sliced cheese

Combine tuna, celery, onion, pepper, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Spread mixture on bottom halves of hamburger buns; top with cheese slice. Put on top half of bun and broil until cheese melts and buns are toasted.
