PARMESAN POTATOES | |
4 medium baking potatoes 1 stick butter, divided in half 1 cup all purpose flour 1 cup Parmesan grated cheese 1 tablespoon seasoning salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup milk Pre-cook potatoes in microwave for 5 minutes. Cut into 4 wedges each, lengthwise. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt one half stick butter in 9x13 in baking pan in the oven. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, add milk and dip wedges first in milk then in flour mixture. Lay in the pan, melt remaining butter in cup and drizzle over coated wedges in pan. Bake 30 minutes turning after 15 minutes. Great with Ranch Dressing to dip in. Submitted by: Carol Wynia |
