GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. cheese, grated
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
10 tortillas (heated to moisten)

Mix and heat the first five ingredients until cheese is melted; set aside.

Brown meat; drain off fat. Saute onions in meat. Roll meat and cheese in tortillas. Place in baking dish and pour cheese sauce over tortillas and heat 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
