1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) bag peanut butter chocolate covered chips

Cream butter, peanut butter and both sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together and add flour, baking soda and salt. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, place in small muffin pan tins. Dough will spread and fill tin. Bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven, press peanut butter in cup center until only top shows. Let cool in tins.
