NUTTY CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
6 oz. semi-sweet morsels
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl beat eggs and then add Karo syrup, nuts, semi-sweet morsels, sugar, butter and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended. Pour evenly into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool completely or serve warm. This is similar in taste to pecan pie but with a chocolate twist.
