CHEESE FONDUE
Rub a 2 quart round casserole dish with 1 clove of garlic cut in half; discard garlic.

Pour 1 cup dry white wine into casserole; microwave high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until bubbles form, not boiling. Combine 4 cups shredded Swiss cheese, 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese, 3 tablespoons flour, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg. Add to wine and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is completely melted, stirring 3 or 4 times. Transfer to fondue pot with heat source. Serve with bite-size French bread and assorted vegetables.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
