PARFAIT PIE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed & drained
1 1/4 c. hot berry juice & water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 baked 9" pie crust

Dissolve Jello in hot juice. Add ice cream and stir until melted. Chill until thickened but not completely set. Fold in berries. Pour into baked pie crust and chill several hours or longer. Vary fruits and Jello flavors to make a variety of pies. Our favorite is strawberry.
