CHICKEN AND POTATO BAKE | |
Cover bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with a layer of 1/2 inch diced pared potatoes. Sprinkle with 4-5 chopped scallions. Arrange chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Combine 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 1/3 cups of water. Pour over chicken and vegetables to completely cover. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked and browned. |
