CHICKEN AND POTATO BAKE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. skim or whole milk
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 c. cooked cubed chicken or turkey
2 sm. potatoes, sliced thin

Cook onion and celery in butter over low heat until tender. Blend in flour, stir in milk. Boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice, pepper, marjoram and chicken. Arrange potatoes in oiled baking dish. Pour sauce over potatoes, sprinkle with paprika.

Bake covered at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes. 2 servings.
