BAKED CHICKEN & POTATOES 
Crushed tomatoes
Cut up chicken
1 lg. cut up onion (6 or 8 pieces)
Salt, pepper, grated Romano cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Potatoes
Oil
Bread crumbs

Place a little crushed tomatoes in roaster. Put chicken parts on tomatoes, place on onion pieces between chicken pieces.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, cheese, little crushed tomatoes, clove of finely chopped garlic. Pare and slice potatoes about thickness of finger and layer on top of chicken covering chicken completely. Season potatoes same as chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and put a few drops of oil on each potato slice. Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
