CHICKEN AND POTATO BAKE 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
1 med. potato per person

Cut, season, roll chicken in flour. Place in 9 x 13 pan with 1 1/2 cup of water. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Add quartered potatoes; cover and bake another 30 minutes. Take foil off and brown in oven or broiler 5 minutes.
