BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 oz. chicken broth or bouillon
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk mixed with 1 1/4 c. water
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Cook broccoli and cauliflower as package directs with garlic and butter added. Add rest of ingredients except cheese soup. Cook 5 minutes. Add cheese soup. Cook until heated.
