CHICKEN PENNY CASSEROLE 
1 med. whole chicken
2 cans Chef-Boy-Ar-Dee Macaroni and Cheese (no substitutions)
1 can Campbell's Mushroom Soup
2/3 can warm water
1/4 tsp. ground oregano
Grated cheese

Cook chicken and remove bones. You may need to cut some of the larger pieces into smaller pieces. Pour 2 cans of macaroni and cheese into casserole dish. Add chicken pieces next. Sprinkle oregano over chicken.

Mix soup and water well together and pour over the top of this. Add grated cheese to top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
