CHICKEN CONTINENTAL 
1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp. oil
13 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
9 oz. pkg. French cut green beans
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. dry Minute Rice

Saute chicken, mushrooms and garlic in oil 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except rice and bring to a full boil. Stir in rice, remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
